What helps?


Emotional regulation - learning to regulate our emotions so they don't overwhelm us.

Problem solving - making sure we deal with our problems while they are still small, without letting them get worse or mount up.

Learning to self-soothe - Learning to calm ourselves so we can lower our levels of anxiety before we begin to panic.

Learning to be still - to listen to our feelings, to accept them and to let them go - without running away from them.
