'Emotional hygiene'


People who neither suffer from anxiety nor panic are better able to do 5 important things:

Notice how each ability builds on the one before it - if we don't feel anything, or don't know what we're feeling, we're less able to understand our emotions.

If we don't understand our emotions, we're less able to let others know how we feel.

If we don't let others know how we feel, we're less able to learn from our emotions, and if we don't learn from our emotions, we're less likely to be able to let them go and to move on.
