'Urgent' and 'Important'

Remember there’s often a difference between problems that are ‘important’ and problems that are ‘urgent.’ Quite often, what we think are important problems are really just urgent problems.

An urgent job might need to be done right away - an important job might be to fix why we're so busy in the first place!
