What is the Serenity Programme ?

The Serenity Programme™ is a new and unique integrative approach to the treatment of Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Social Anxiety (SAD) and Panic Disorder.1

Based on the latest research into transdiagnostic Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, this free online CCBT programme contains a range of free resources to support your recovery and to help overcome your symptoms.

Designed, developed and written by Steve Cottrell, a Consultant Nurse Therapist working for the NHS in Wales, the programme is in daily use in the NHS and has won several major health awards.
